Terms of use
LAST UPDATE: June 26, 2026
These terms describe how the Mineverse app should be used, how account activity is recorded, and what users are responsible for before signing wallet transactions.
Product scope
Using Mineverse
Mineverse provides an account dashboard for stablecoin mining activity. The app lets users connect a wallet, complete onboarding, choose a supported mining token, submit deposits, monitor tier progress, claim eligible rewards, track referrals, and request withdrawals.
You agree to use the app only with wallets, networks, and assets you are authorized to use. You should not use Mineverse to evade sanctions, commit fraud, launder funds, abuse referral mechanics, or interfere with the platform or other users.
Your responsibility
Wallet and account security
- Keep control of your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, email account, and device security.
- Review chain, token, recipient, amount, and approval details before signing any transaction.
- Use the email verification and onboarding steps honestly and keep account information current.
Verification before credit
Deposits
Deposits are credited after backend verification. The app may check the chain, token, recipient, amount, transaction uniqueness, wallet relationship, and confirmation count before increasing active principal.
A submitted transaction hash does not by itself guarantee account credit. Deposits may be delayed, rejected, or require review if the transaction is malformed, duplicated, unsupported, below the minimum, or inconsistent with account settings.
Eligibility rules
Rewards and referrals
Tier rewards, yield settlements, and referral rewards are displayed when the app determines that they are eligible. Tier rewards may increase active principal. Referral rewards may move into withdrawable yield when claimed, depending on the app rules in effect.
- Referral rewards depend on qualifying verified activity, not merely sign-ups.
- A referral code may be limited to one application per account.
- Abusive, self-referential, synthetic, or fraudulent referral activity may be ignored or removed.
Requests and review
Withdrawals
Withdrawal flows create requests for eligible yield or, when permitted, a full principal exit. A request is not the same as a completed settlement. Settlement may depend on request status, available yield, principal unlock state, operational review, liquidity, network conditions, and security checks.
The app may prevent multiple overlapping withdrawal requests or restrict requests while a prior request is pending.
Platform operations
Limits and changes
Mineverse may update supported chains, supported stablecoins, minimum deposit amounts, confirmation requirements, tier thresholds, reward rates, referral mechanics, withdrawal rules, and account review processes as the product changes.
We may pause, throttle, or restrict features to protect users, investigate abnormal activity, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform stability.
