Privacy policy

Last update: June 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Mineverse uses to operate wallet sign-in, onboarding, deposits, rewards, referrals, transactions, and withdrawal requests.

Account and wallet data

Information we collect

Mineverse may process information you provide directly, information created by your use of the app, and information observable from supported blockchain networks.

  • Account details such as username, email address, email verification state, and referral code inputs.
  • Wallet details such as wallet address, connected chain, selected stablecoin, token approval transaction, and session state.
  • Mining records such as active principal, tier, rewards, referral rewards, withdrawal requests, and transaction ledger entries.
  • Deposit verification information such as transaction hash, chain, token, recipient, amount, confirmations, and duplicate checks.

Product operations

How we use information

  • Authenticate wallet sessions and protect account access.
  • Complete onboarding, verify email addresses, and save selected mining token settings.
  • Verify deposits before crediting active principal.
  • Calculate tier progress, yield settlements, referral rewards, and withdrawal eligibility.
  • Detect duplicate deposits, suspicious activity, abuse, or inconsistent account behavior.
  • Provide support, investigate disputes, and improve product reliability.

Public networks

Blockchain records

Wallet addresses, token approvals, transfers, transaction hashes, timestamps, contract interactions, and balances may be publicly visible on their respective chains. Mineverse can control what it stores in its app database, but it cannot erase or alter public blockchain records.

Network visibility

Referrals and account activity

Referral features may show direct referral counts, downline counts, applied referral state, and reward status. We use this information to display referral progress, prevent duplicate referral applications, and calculate rewards from qualifying verified activity.

Limited disclosure

Sharing and service providers

Mineverse may use infrastructure, authentication, database, email, analytics, wallet, and blockchain RPC providers to operate the app. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce platform rules, investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

Records we keep

Retention and security

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the product, maintain ledger integrity, support audits, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

No system is perfectly secure. You should protect your wallet, email account, seed phrase, and devices. Mineverse will never need your seed phrase to operate the dashboard.

Control points

Your choices

  • You can choose not to connect a wallet or not to complete onboarding.
  • You can use a wallet address that you are comfortable associating with Mineverse activity.
  • You can request help with account information, but public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Mineverse.
